Initial Consultation

After your students and sponsors have determined the theme for the event. Kings of Prom will schedule an initial meeting to discuss details. The focus of this meeting is for the inspiration and brainstorming. Here we will pitch all of the trending new event ideas to your group and assist in designing the perfect event. From lighting, to the music, to the photo ops and more, this is the time to think outside the box!

Scheduled 6-8 months prior to the event. 

Entertainment & Design Proposal

This stage is where you'll see you're ideas come to life! From sketches, to photographs and a custom proposal, our team will work within your budget parameters to meet the needs of your event based on the previous meeting. Your team will have a chance to review the proposal in full and make any necessary revisions as your team feels fit. Please keep in mind that events are always changing. You'll still have plenty of time to make small revisions or additions based on budget and guest count. 

Proposals will be presented electronically 3-6 weeks after the initial consultation.

Proposal Approval

Once your team is comfortable with all preliminary changes and the working proposal, a signed agreement and 50% deposit is required. At this point, you will be committed to all "bodies." This means any staff member needed to make your event a success. Examples include: photo booth attendant, DJ, sketch artists and more. For decor, lighting, and more - you have until the final revisions stage to make any other adjustments, both increasing and decreasing. 

Proposal approval is required 3-6 months in advance of the event. The sooner you approve all orders, the sooner we are able to reserve your labor and products.
